How do I create a custom story?
Click "Create Story" in the navigation, then select "Create Custom Story" and follow the prompts. Choose a character (photos + details), select an art style and age range, and provide a story idea (from a single sentence to a full story).
What's the difference between Free and Pro plans?
Free users get 3 book previews per month — see the book before paying anything. Physical books are available at full price, with the digital copy included. Pro subscribers ($9.95/month) get 10 digital books monthly, $20.00 off physical books, and full access to all templates and advanced features.
How long does it take to receive physical books?
Physical books take 3-5 business days for production, plus shipping time. Standard shipping (5-7 days) is free, while express shipping (2-3 days) costs $7.99.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my stories if I cancel?
You'll retain access to all stories you've created or purchased. However, you won't be able to generate new digital books without a subscription.
Is my child's information safe?
